Description
The vulnerability allows a local user to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
The vulnerability exists due to improper error handling within the sc16is7xx_probe() function in drivers/tty/serial/sc16is7xx.c. A local user can perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
Remediation
