Description
The vulnerability allows an attacker to perform a denial of service attack.
The vulnerability exists due to a boundary condition in ESP32 Bluetooth AVRCP command handling. An attacker with physical proximity to device can send a specially crafted VENDOR DEPENDENT command with a buffer shorter than required by the AVRCP protocol, trigger an out-of-bounds read and perform a denial of service attack.
