Description
This security bulletin contains information about 11 secuirty vulnerabilities.
1) Spoofing attack (CVE-ID: CVE-2026-0907)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a spoofing attack.
The vulnerability exists due to insufficient validation of user-supplied input in Split View in Google Chrome. A remote attacker can create a specially crafted web page, trick the victim into visiting it and spoof web page content.
2) Product UI does not warn user of unsafe actions (CVE-ID: CVE-2026-0906)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to bypass implemented security restrictions.
The vulnerability exists due to browser's UI does not implement proper security restrictions. A remote attacker can perform spoofing attack.
3) Permissions, Privileges, and Access Controls (CVE-ID: CVE-2026-0905)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to bypass implemented security restrictions.
The vulnerability exists due to insufficient policy enforcement in Network in Google Chrome. A remote attacker can trick the victim to visit a specially crafted website, bypass implemented security measures and gain access to sensitive information.
4) Spoofing attack (CVE-ID: CVE-2026-0904)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a spoofing attack.
The vulnerability exists due to insufficient validation of user-supplied input in Digital Credentials in Google Chrome. A remote attacker can create a specially crafted web page, trick the victim into visiting it and spoof web page content.
5) Input validation error (CVE-ID: CVE-2026-0903)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to gain access to sensitive information.
The vulnerability exists due to insufficient validation of user-supplied input in Downloads in Google Chrome. A remote attacker can create a specially crafted web page, trick the victim into visiting it and gain access to sensitive information.
6) Improperly implemented security check for standard (CVE-ID: CVE-2026-0901)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to compromise the affected system.
The vulnerability exists due to incorrect implementation in Blink in Google Chrome. A remote attacker can create a specially crafted web page, trick the victim into visiting it and compromise the system.
7) Buffer overflow (CVE-ID: CVE-2026-0899)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to compromise the affected system.
The vulnerability exists due to a boundary error in V8 in Google Chrome. A remote attacker can trick the victim to visit a specially crafted webpage, trigger a stack-based buffer overflow and execute arbitrary code on the system.
8) Improper privilege management (CVE-ID: CVE-2026-21223)
The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges on the system.
The vulnerability exists due Microsoft Edge Elevation Service exposes a privileged COM interface that inadequately validates the privileges of the calling process. A standard (non‑administrator) local user can invoke the IElevatorEdge interface method LaunchUpdateCmdElevatedAndWait, causing the service to execute privileged update commands as LocalSystem.
9) Use-after-free (CVE-ID: CVE-2026-0908)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
The vulnerability exists due to use-after-free error in ANGLE in Google Chrome. A remote attacker can create a specially crafted web page, trick the victim into visiting it and crash the browser.
10) Improperly implemented security check for standard (CVE-ID: CVE-2026-0900)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to compromise the affected system.
