The vulnerability allows a local user to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
The vulnerability exists due to improper error handling within the ocfs2_claim_suballoc_bits() function in fs/ocfs2/suballoc.c. A local user can perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
