Description
This security bulletin contains information about 9 secuirty vulnerabilities.
1) Use of uninitialized resource (CVE-ID: CVE-2025-38737)
The vulnerability allows a local user to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
The vulnerability exists due to use of uninitialized resource within the smb3_init_transform_rq() function in fs/smb/client/smb2ops.c. A local user can perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
2) Resource management error (CVE-ID: CVE-2025-39925)
The vulnerability allows a local user to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
The vulnerability exists due to resource management error within the j1939_sk_netdev_event_netdown() function in net/can/j1939/socket.c. A local user can perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
