Description

This security bulletin contains information about 3 secuirty vulnerabilities.


1) Buffer overflow (CVE-ID: CVE-2025-40815)

The vulnerability allows a remote user to execute arbitrary code on the target system.

The vulnerability exists due to a boundary error when processing TCP packets. A remote administrator can trigger memory corruption and execute arbitrary code on the target system.

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may result in complete compromise of vulnerable system.


2) Missing Authentication for Critical Function (CVE-ID: CVE-2025-40816)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to compromise the target system.

The vulnerability exists due to the affected devices do not conduct certain validations when interacting with them. A remote attacker on the local network can manipulate the devices IP address, leading to denial of service (DoS) condition.


3) Missing Authentication for Critical Function (CVE-ID: CVE-2025-40817)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to compromise the target system.

The vulnerability exists due to the affected devices do not conduct certain validations when interacting with them. A remote attacker on the local network can change time of the device.
