Description

This security bulletin contains information about 2 secuirty vulnerabilities.


1) Integer overflow (CVE-ID: CVE-2025-46817)

The vulnerability allows a remote user to execute arbitrary code on the target system.

The vulnerability exists due to integer overflow when processing Lua scripts. A remote user can pass specially crafted data to the application, trigger an integer overflow and execute arbitrary code on the target system.

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may result in complete compromise of vulnerable system.


2) Use-after-free (CVE-ID: CVE-2025-49844)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to compromise vulnerable system.

The vulnerability exists due to a use-after-free error. A remote user can use a specially crafted Lua script to manipulate the garbage collector and execute arbitrary code on the target system.
