1) Buffer overflow (CVE-ID: CVE-2023-53518)
The vulnerability allows a local user to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
The vulnerability exists due to memory corruption within the devfreq_dev_release() function in drivers/devfreq/devfreq.c. A local user can perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
