Description
This security bulletin contains information about 25 secuirty vulnerabilities.
1) Use-after-free (CVE-ID: CVE-2024-55549)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to compromise vulnerable system.
The vulnerability exists due to a use-after-free error in xsltGetInheritedNsList. A remote attacker can pass specially crafted input to the application, trigger a use-after-free error and execute arbitrary code on the system.
Successful exploitation of the vulnerability may allow an attacker to compromise vulnerable system.
2) Use-after-free (CVE-ID: CVE-2025-24855)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to compromise vulnerable system.
The vulnerability exists due to a use-after-free error in numbers.c when handling nested XPath evaluations. A remote attacker can pass specially crafted XML input to the application, trigger a use-after-free error and execute arbitrary code on the system.
Successful exploitation of the vulnerability may allow an attacker to compromise vulnerable system.
3) Improper Authentication (CVE-ID: CVE-2024-7128)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to bypass authentication process.
The vulnerability exists due to several endpoints in OpenShift console use the authHandler() and authHandlerWithUser() middleware functions. When the default authentication provider ("openShiftAuth") is set, these functions do not perform any authentication checks, relying instead on the targeted service to handle authentication and authorization. This issue leads to various degrees of data exposure due to a lack of proper credential verification.
4) Resource exhaustion (CVE-ID: CVE-2025-27144)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
The vulnerability exists due to application does not properly control consumption of internal resources when parsing JWS and JWE input. A remote attacker can pass specially crafted data to the application, trigger resource exhaustion and perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
5) NULL pointer dereference (CVE-ID: CVE-2021-47386)

6) Use of uninitialized resource (CVE-ID: CVE-2023-52528)
