1) Buffer overflow (CVE-ID: CVE-2022-50185)
The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges on the system.
The vulnerability exists due to memory corruption within the ni_set_mc_special_registers() function in drivers/gpu/drm/radeon/ni_dpm.c. A local user can escalate privileges on the system.
