Description
This security bulletin contains information about 2 secuirty vulnerabilities.
1) Use-after-free (CVE-ID: CVE-2021-47301)
The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges on the system.
The vulnerability exists due to a use-after-free error within the igb_clean_tx_ring() function in drivers/net/ethernet/intel/igb/igb_main.c. A local user can escalate privileges on the system.
2) Use-after-free (CVE-ID: CVE-2024-27070)
The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges on the system.
The vulnerability exists due to a use-after-free error within the f2fs_filemap_fault() function in fs/f2fs/file.c. A local user can escalate privileges on the system.
