1) Use-after-free (CVE-ID: CVE-2025-37753)
The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges on the system.
The vulnerability exists due to a use-after-free error within the cpumsf_pmu_event_init() function in arch/s390/kernel/perf_cpum_sf.c, within the cpumf_pmu_event_type() and cfdiag_event_init() functions in arch/s390/kernel/perf_cpum_cf.c. A local user can escalate privileges on the system.
