1) Buffer overflow (CVE-ID: CVE-2024-58015)

The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges on the system.

The vulnerability exists due to memory corruption within the ath12k_htt_print_tx_selfgen_ac_stats_tlv() and ath12k_htt_print_tx_selfgen_ax_stats_tlv() functions in drivers/net/wireless/ath/ath12k/debugfs_htt_stats.c. A local user can escalate privileges on the system.
