The vulnerability allows a local user to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
The vulnerability exists due to memory leak within the mt8173_max98090_dev_probe() function in sound/soc/mediatek/mt8173/mt8173-max98090.c. A local user can perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
