1) Predictable Seed in Pseudo-Random Number Generator (PRNG) (CVE-ID: CVE-2024-55566)
The vulnerability allows a local user to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
The vulnerability exists due to the application uses predictable temporary file names that rely on unseeded RNG. A local user can create a temporary file and prevent the application from launching.
