The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges on the system.
The vulnerability exists due to a use-after-free error within the __kvm_vgic_vcpu_destroy() function in arch/arm64/kvm/vgic/vgic-init.c. A local user can escalate privileges on the system.
