Description

1) Buffer overflow (CVE-ID: CVE-2024-40902)
The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges on the system.
The vulnerability exists due to memory corruption within the ea_get() function in fs/jfs/xattr.c. A local user can escalate privileges on the system.
