Description

This security bulletin contains information about 2 secuirty vulnerabilities.

1) Security features bypass (CVE-ID: CVE-2024-29060)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to compromise the affected system.

The vulnerability exists due to an error when handling extensions. A remote attacker can trick the victim to install a malicious extension and execute arbitrary code on the system.

2) Protection mechanism failure (CVE-ID: CVE-2024-30052)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to compromise the affected system.

The vulnerability exists due to insufficient implementation of security measures. An attacker can trick victim to open a specially crafted file and execute arbitrary code on the system.
