The vulnerability allows a local user to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
The vulnerability exists due to improper error handling within the cxl_handle_rdport_errors() and cxl_error_detected() functions in drivers/cxl/core/pci.c. A local user can perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
