Description
This security bulletin contains information about 4 secuirty vulnerabilities.
1) Input validation error (CVE-ID: CVE-2023-33134)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the target system.
The vulnerability exists due to insufficient validation of user-supplied input in the Microsoft SharePoint Server. A remote user can pass specially crafted input to the application and execute arbitrary code on the target system.
2) Security features bypass (CVE-ID: CVE-2023-33165)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to compromise the target system.
The vulnerability exists due to security features bypass in Microsoft SharePoint Server. A remote user can download files without the access being logged.
3) Input validation error (CVE-ID: CVE-2023-33160)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the system.
The vulnerability exists due to insufficient validation of user-supplied input in thw Microsoft SharePoint Server. A remote user can pass specially crafted input to the application and execute arbitrary code on the target system.
4) Spoofing attack (CVE-ID: CVE-2023-33159)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform spoofing attack.
The vulnerability exists due to incorrect processing of user-supplied data in the Microsoft SharePoint Server. A remote attacker can spoof page content.
