The vulnerability exists due to a race condition in Windows File Server Resource Management Service. A local user can exploit the race and escalate privileges on the system.

The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges on the system.

The vulnerability exists due to application does not properly impose security restrictions in Windows File Server Resource Management Service, which leads to security restrictions bypass and privilege escalation.
