Description
This security bulletin contains information about 3 secuirty vulnerabilities.
1) Improper input validation (CVE-ID: CVE-2021-2460)
The vulnerability allows a remote authenticated user to read and manipulate data.
The vulnerability exists due to improper input validation within the Oracle Application Express in Oracle Database Server. A remote authenticated user can exploit this vulnerability to read and manipulate data.
2) Cross-site scripting (CVE-ID: CVE-2020-26870)
The disclosed vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks.
The vulnerability exists due to insufficient sanitization of user-supplied data in Cure53 DOMPurify. A remote attacker can trick the victim to follow a specially crafted link and execute arbitrary HTML and script code in user's browser in context of vulnerable website.
Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may allow a remote attacker to steal potentially sensitive information, change appearance of the web page, perform phishing and drive-by-download attacks.
3) Improper input validation (CVE-ID: CVE-2020-27193)
The vulnerability allows a remote non-authenticated attacker to read and manipulate data.
The vulnerability exists due to improper input validation within the Experience Manager, Business Control Center (CKEditor) component in Oracle Commerce Merchandising. A remote non-authenticated attacker can exploit this vulnerability to read and manipulate data.
