1) Resource exhaustion (CVE-ID: CVE-2019-13946)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
The vulnerability exists due to the Profinet-IO (PNIO) stack versions prior v06.00 do not properly limit internal resource allocation when multiple legitimate diagnostic package requests are sent to the DCE-RPC interface. A remote attacker can trigger resource exhaustion and perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
