1) Permissions, Privileges, and Access Controls (CVE-ID: CVE-2019-1420)

The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges on the system.

The vulnerability exists due to the way the dssvc.dll handles file creation. A local user can use a specially crafted application and execute arbitrary code on the target system with elevated privileges.


2) Permissions, Privileges, and Access Controls (CVE-ID: CVE-2019-1422)

The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges on the system.

The vulnerability exists due to the way the iphlpsvc.dll handles file creation. A local user can use a specially crafted application and execute arbitrary code on the target system with elevated permissions.


3) Permissions, Privileges, and Access Controls (CVE-ID: CVE-2019-1423)

The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges on the system.

The vulnerability exists due to the StartTileData.dll handles file creation in protected locations. A local user can use a specially crafted application and execute arbitrary code on the target system with elevated permissions.
