Description
This security bulletin contains information about 3 secuirty vulnerabilities.
1) Information disclosure (CVE-ID: CVE-2019-10439)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to gain access to potentially sensitive information.
The vulnerability exists due to missing permission check in various "doFillCredentialsIdItems" methods. A remote authenticated attacker with with Overall/Read permission can enumerate credentials ID of credentials stored in Jenkins.
2) Permissions, Privileges, and Access Controls (CVE-ID: CVE-2019-10438)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to escalate privileges on the system.
The vulnerability exists due to missing permission checks on a method implementing form validation. A remote authenticated attacker can capture credentials stored in Jenkins.
3) Cross-site request forgery (CVE-ID: CVE-2019-10437)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform cross-site request forgery attacks.
The vulnerability exists due to the form validation method does not require POST requests. A remote attacker can trick the user with Overall/Read access to visit a specially crafted web page and perform arbitrary actions on behalf of the victim on the vulnerable website.
