Description
This security bulletin contains information about 3 secuirty vulnerabilities.
1) Permissions, Privileges, and Access Controls (CVE-ID: CVE-2019-1323)
The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges on the system.
The vulnerability exists due to Windows Update Client does not properly handle privileges. A local authenticated user can run a specially crafted application and run processes in an elevated context.

The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges on the system.
The vulnerability exists due to Windows Update Client does not properly handle privileges. A local authenticated user can run a specially crafted application and run processes in an elevated context.
3) Out-of-bounds read (CVE-ID: CVE-2019-1337)
The vulnerability allows a local user to gain access to potentially sensitive information.
The vulnerability exists due to Windows Update Client fails to properly handle objects in memory. A local authenticated user can use a specially crafted application to trigger out-of-bounds read error and read contents of an elevated process.
