1) Out-of-bounds read (CVE-ID: CVE-2016-7449)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to gain access to potentially sensitive information.
The vulnerability exists due to a boundary error in the TIFFGetField function in coders/tiff.c. A remote attacker can create a file containing an "unterminated" string, trick the victim into opening it, trigger out-of-bounds read error and read contents of memory on the system.
