1) Information disclosure (CVE-ID: CVE-2019-0838)

The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges on the system.

The vulnerability exists due to the way the Windows Task Scheduler discloses credentials to Windows Credential Manager. A local user can read memory contents in kernel space from a user mode process.
