1) Memory corruption (CVE-ID: CVE-2018-7417)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
The vulnerability exists due to boundary error in epan/dissectors/packet-ipmi-picmg.c when handling crafted packets that lack an IPMI header. A remote attacker can cause the IPMI dissector to crash.
