SB2016061004 - Improper access control in ImageMagick

Description

This security bulletin contains information about 1 security vulnerability.

1) Improper access control (CVE-ID: CVE-2016-5118)

The vulnerability allows a remote non-authenticated attacker to execute arbitrary code.

The OpenBlob function in blob.c in GraphicsMagick before 1.3.24 and ImageMagick allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via a | (pipe) character at the start of a filename.
