1) Buffer overflow when handling ASCII characters (CVE-ID: CVE-2002-0655)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the target system.

The vulnerability exists due to improper handling of ASCII representations of integers on 64-bit platforms. A remote unauthenticated attacker can cause a denial of service or possible arbitrary code execution.

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may result in complete compromise of vulnerable system.
